Propzing is a no-code platform that enables real estate developers to create and deploy their own AI Sales Agents. These agents handle inquiries 24/7, answering questions about properties, managing leads, and automating sales workflows. Propzing also offers tools for team collaboration, lead tracking, and task management, helping developers streamline their sales processes without any coding knowledge.

I led the design process for Propzing’s MVP, taking it from 0 to 1. The web app was built to help real estate developers to train and manage their own AI Sales Agents and track leads effortlessly. As the solo designer, I focused on creating a user-friendly and scalable interface tailored to the needs of real estate teams.

The goal of the MVP was to:

1. Provide developers with a no-code platform to train AI Sales Agents using property data.

2. Enable developers to track leads from various sources and analyze their performance &amp; Deploy AI Agent Easily.

Collaborated with founders to identify core features necessary for the MVP.

Prioritized a no-code AI training module, core structure of platform, user necessity etc.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Conducted research to understand the pain points of real estate developers in managing leads and teams.

2. Information Architecture and User Flows:

Created a clear, scalable structure for the app, focusing on simplicity for non-technical users. Designed intuitive user flows for training the AI, managing tasks, and tracking leads.

Designed MVP For Propzing

This case study details the design and development of ChatMint, a no-code AI platform designed to simplify customer engagement for businesses of all sizes.  I, as the lead UX/UI designer, played a key role in shaping the platform's user experience, from initial research to final implementation.  My goal was to create a user-friendly platform that empowers businesses to build sophisticated AI-powered chatbots without requiring technical expertise.

Many businesses, particularly SMBs, struggle with inefficient customer support.  High costs, long response times, and a lack of personalization were common pain points. Existing solutions often lacked ease of use or were prohibitively expensive.  Our research revealed a significant need for a user-friendly, affordable, and scalable AI-powered customer support solution that could adapt to various industries.

Our primary objective was to create a no-code platform that enabled businesses to build and deploy custom AI chatbots easily.  We aimed to increase customer engagement, reduce support costs, and enhance user satisfaction. Success was measured by:

Ease of use:  Could non-technical users build chatbots within 15 minutes?
Adoption rate: How many businesses adopted the platform within the first month?
User engagement: How frequently were chatbots used and how satisfied were customers with their interactions?
Customer retention: What percentage of users remained active after 3 months?

Our research involved competitive analysis, user interviews, and surveys. 

 We identified key personas: the busy small business owner, the tech-savvy SaaS founder, and the overwhelmed customer service manager.  Competitor analysis revealed a gap in the market for an accessible, industry-agnostic no-code AI platform.&nbsp;

We used brainstorming sessions and design sprints to generate ideas.  We explored various design concepts, focusing on simplicity and ease of use.  Key features prioritized included drag-and-drop functionality, pre-built industry templates, and robust analytics dashboards.  Iterative feedback sessions with potential users helped refine our design direction.

We used Figma for wireframing and prototyping.  We started with low-fidelity wireframes, iteratively refining them based on user feedback.  High-fidelity mockups were then created, emphasizing intuitive navigation and a clean, modern design.

One significant challenge was explaining complex AI concepts to non-technical users. We addressed this through tooltips, interactive tutorials, and an extensive knowledge base. Another challenge was integrating with various messaging platforms.  We used APIs to seamlessly connect with popular platforms like Slack, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp.

ChatMint is a testament to the power of accessible AI.  By empowering businesses to build custom chatbots without technical expertise, we have helped streamline customer engagement and enhance user experiences across a wide range of industries.  Future development will include expanded integration options and more advanced AI features.
